Electric power is not coming in. |
 |
- Check if it is a power failure.
- Confirm whether the power plug is exactly connected
with the electric socket.
- Also check if fuses are disconnected. (220V, 15V) |
 |
 |
 |
Purified water does not come out of the
purifier. |
 |
- Confirm if the water valve is closed.
- Check whether the municipal water supply is cut off
or not. (There can be a certain case the filter has been
seriously contaminated after the lapse of recommended
filter replacement time.) |
 |
 |
 |
The cold water at the cold & hot water
purifier does not cool down. |
 |
- After installation of the purifier, connect the electric
plus with power source. Then, after 30 minutes, purified
water will start to cool down.
- When the temperature of supply water exceeds 30¡£C, the
cooling efficiency may become low.
- The cold water capacity is 2§¤¢¦3§¤. After passage of a
proper time, use the purifier again.
- The purifier has to be installed with its rear side
to be about 15§¯ away from the wall for smooth ventilation
to enable more efficient cooling capacity.
- As an efficient cooling may not be obtained in case
the automatic temperature controller is located in a warm
place, install it in an cool area where ventilation can
be done well.)
- Also make sure to insert the cold water separation plate
well in the cold water storage tank |
 |
 |
 |
Hot water coming out of the cold & hot
purifier is not hot enough. |
 |
- Check if electric power is connected and also whether
the hot
- water electric lamp is on or off.
- For 30 minutes to one hour, check if the purifier is
working. If the hot
- water electric lamp on the rear side of the purifier
is "off," set it in a state of "on." (If the hot
- water electric lamp is set as "on" prior to confirming
the outflow of purified water, the heat generation device
may be damaged. So, use hot water only after checking
if the purified water is coming out.
- Purified water will become hot 15 minutes after the
purifier is installed and the electric plug is connected.
- If the purifier had not been used for a long time, use
the purified water after throwing away first two cups
of water. |
 |
 |
 |
The taste of purified water is unpleasant
or strange. |
 |
- Throw away initial 2§¤¢¦3§¤ of purified water in case the
purifier has not been used for a long time.
- Check the replacement time for the filter.
- Replace 'Post
- Carbon' (post-treatment filter). |
 |
 |
 |
The purifier is too noisy. |
 |
- Check if the purifier is installed horizontally. (In
case other things are touched with the purifier, a serious
noise can occur.)
- Wait for a while because it may be a noise caused when
raw water is not supplied completely or less than normal. |
 |
 |
 |
Water leakage is occurring at the purifier. |
 |
- A leakage can take place due to water supply pressure
after installation.
- Tighten the respective connection parts of each hose.
- Check the connection parts well when a leakage occurs.
- When the purifier is installed outdoor or using underground
water, it happens that raw water is so cold to cause condensation
which looks like a leakage. In such a case, try to clean
each hose with dry cloth. If a leakage still occurs after
30 minutes, close raw water and tank valves and then contact
our head office or business branches for our check and
kind aftersale service. |
 |
 |
 |
Purified water volume has reduced by
about 50% from the initial volume after first installation. |
 |
-When the temperature of supply water lowered, the purified
water volume can reduce.
- Check if raw water supply and tank valves are open.
(If the tank valve is in a parallel direction with the
water hose, it is open.)
- In case the water hose is bent or distorted, purified
water volume may also diminish.
- If the special sedimentation filter is severely contaminated
after the time for replacement, purified water volume
may decrease.
- When the recommended replacement time for a free filter
expired, purified water volume may drop due to the serious
contamination of the filter. (The filter replacement period
can differ more or less according to the tap water facility
and the environment of common supply water storage tank.) |
